Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how Iron Nation subscriptions work: what you pay, when you are charged and how to cancel. Iron Nation (ironnation.fit) is operated by NEOTRONX LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at ironnation@gmail.com.

1. What your subscription includes

When you subscribe, your Iron Nation coach builds a personalised training and nutrition plan from the answers you gave in our quiz and sends it to the email address you used at checkout, normally within 24 hours of your first payment. While your subscription is active, you keep access to your plan and to support from your coach.

2. Plans and prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Your bank may convert the amount into your local currency and may charge a fee for doing so.

  • 1-Week Plan: USD 4.99 for the first week, then USD 9.99 every week.
  • 1-Month Plan: USD 19.99 for the first month, then USD 39.99 every month.
  • 3-Month Plan: USD 39.99 for the first 3 months, then USD 79.99 every 3 months.

The introductory price applies to your first billing period only. Before you pay, the checkout page shows the amount due today, the renewal price and how often you will be charged.

3. Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. Each time it renews, we charge the renewal price shown above to the payment method you used at checkout, until you cancel. Your first renewal takes place one billing period after your first payment: 7 days later for the 1-Week Plan, 1 month later for the 1-Month Plan and 3 months later for the 3-Month Plan.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason:

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling stops future payments; payments already made are handled as described in section 6.

5. Payments and receipts

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. In your subscription settings you can see your payment history, download invoices, update your payment method and cancel. If a renewal payment fails, we may try to collect it again. If it still cannot be collected, your subscription may be cancelled.

6. Your right to cancel and refunds

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of your first purchase. Because your plan is personalised digital content that we start preparing as soon as you pay, when you subscribe you ask us to begin straight away and you acknowledge that you lose this right to cancel once your plan has been delivered to you.

  • If you cancel within 14 days of your first purchase and before your plan has been delivered, we will refund your first payment in full.
  • Once your plan has been delivered, payments for the current billing period are not refundable. You can still cancel at any time to stop future payments.
  • Renewal payments are not refunded once the new billing period has started.

None of this affects your statutory rights. If anything we deliver is faulty or not as described, contact us at ironnation@gmail.com and we will put it right in line with the law. See also our Refund Policy.

7. Changes to prices and to this policy

If we change the price of your subscription, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it takes effect. We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows when it last changed.
